I’ve been without A/C since the hurricane hit, and there was no way I could stay in my home to make repairs. Then I saw Xavier with Reliance Air on Facebook. The ad said minor repairs are free. He was punctual, very polite, and quickly diagnosed the problem. After completing the repairs, he said, “Thanks, no charge.” I strongly recommend Xavier for any A/C needs. I will never use anyone else should the need arise.

Reliance has been my A/C tech for the last year and a half. We had a heat pump from the 1980s and a compressor from 2013, and we knew it would eventually die. Long story short, we called RAS, and by the next day, we had a brand new compressor and heat pump installed. The house stays a constant 75 degrees now. RAS also had to rip out all my old ductwork from the 60s and re-engineer the entire system, plus they added new insulation. I love the work they did. Xavier and the crew deserve a lot of credit. Just had our new A/C unit installed today for $1,500 less than the competition. We called about a Freon leak on Monday, and another company said it would be pricey just to look into (not including repairs). We weren’t sure if it was worth repairing or if we needed a new unit.
