Our $99 AC tune-up is the easiest way to get your system checked before the long cooling season. The technician measures refrigerant pressures, tests the capacitor and contactor, flushes the condensate drain, verifies thermostat calibration and tightens electrical connections, then reviews findings with you.

Active-duty and retired military personnel qualify for 10% off residential service with a valid military ID. Mention the discount when you call or book, and have your ID ready for the technician. Like our other offers, it cannot be combined with another discount, so we will help you choose whichever saves you more.
Can I use more than one coupon on the same job?
No. Our specials cannot be combined, and each is limited to one per household or system. If two offers might apply, such as financing and a rebate on a new system, ask during your estimate and we will show you which single offer gives you the better overall value.
How does the diagnostic fee waiver work?
Our standard diagnostic fee is $99. If the technician finds the problem and you approve the repair, the fee is waived, provided the repair meets the minimum amount. If you decide not to proceed, the diagnostic fee applies, and you still keep the written findings.
Is the free second opinion really free?
